Welcome to the St. Francis Center for Restoration. We are delighted you have found your way to us.
We hope that as you move through our web site, you will be stirred to investigate our programs to see whether they would meet a current need in your life's journey We welcome your calls, emails and perhaps your visit with us at one of our monthly Taize' prayer services.
St. Francis Center for Restoration, in it's 10th year of service to the community is dedicated to it's mission: "rekindling the journey in Christ." We offer Spiritual Direction providing you with a listening ear and reflection on your life story to discover where God's hand is and has been moving with you.
We offer workshops on a variety of topics including boundaries, dreams, saints, healing of memories, generational healing, and the enneagram personality profile system.
We come together with the community offering quiet music (chanting), silence, sacred readings, and candlelight in our monthly Taize' prayer service. Here's a time to be anonymous and sink into the peace of the Holy Spirit. Taize' is a wonderful opportunity to slip in, be filled with God's love...and slip out if one wishes to. Many who minister to the needs of others especially find this a meaningful experience into restoration.
Please take time to search our site and email us or give us a call at 321-728-8222. We are always in the process of developing new programs and events.
Congratulations John Gutting
Our congratulations go out to John Gutting, who is a past St. Francis Center for Restoration advisory board member and program presenter, for being the three-time recipient of the Celebration of Teaching Award! St. Francis Center is honored and grateful for your contribution to us!
Dear John:
The Faculty Affairs Committee convened today to discuss the
Athenaeum’s nominee for the Celebration of Teaching Award and to
make a recommendation to Fr. Benedict as to this year’s recipient. I
am pleased to announce that you are this year’s recipient.
Congratulations! This makes you the first three-time recipient of
the award at the Athenaeum of Ohio and is a testimony to your
commitment to teaching and to your high standards. There will be a
presentation of an award at this year’s graduation ceremonies to be
held on October 16th. Additionally, the GCCCU (Greater
Cincinnati Consortium of Colleges and Universities) has a banquet to
honor award winners; that luncheon and banquet will be held on
Friday, November 18th. I will provide you with details as
necessary.
Again, congratulations! Thank you for service and your commitment to
excellence in teaching!
Sincerely,
